Monica Graham is a seasoned innovation and transformation executive with over 20 years’ experience in leading strategic and high impact programs. She has a distinguished global career in both public and private sectors in organisations such as Service NSW, NSW Department of Justice, Origin Energy, Transport for London, Telstra and Fujitsu. Her most recent achievements include the delivery of the Toll Relief program for NSW Citizens (99.7% customer satisfaction rating) and removal of over $1 billion of costs from the Origin Energy Integrated Gas business. She has a MBA (Technology), is a certified practicing project director, is certified in scaled agile frameworks and recently completed the Innovative Technology Leader certificate at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Monica is also a sought after speaker at conferences and events.

Malcolm Layton, Director
Malcolm is a seasoned strategy and program professional, with over 15 years experience in business and operating model design and implementation. He specialises in leading and advising Start-ups, Government and Fortune 500 companies on large-scale business transformation programs and discreet Agile innovation programs. He has a strong emphasis on knowledge management and continuous improvement leveraging Agile, Lean and Systems Thinking frameworks and approaches. His most recent achievements include the design of business and operating model options for the NSW Department of Justice and implementation of Agile and Lean methodologies at the STAR Entertainment Group.
